| Yes, Berry Funeral Home does have their own Crematory. In fact we are the only Crematory in Elbert County and have became the preferred Crematory in the Northeast Georgia area. |

| Does my loved one ever leave from under your care or supervision? |
| No, your loved one never leaves from under our care or supervision. We do all of our cremations in house and embalming is done by our licensed staff at our funeral home. We do not use 3rd-party crematories, trade embalmers or other funeral homes. However, sometimes this may have to be done elsewhere due to death out of state or a great distance when embalming is best when done sooner. |

| Yes, We have to say that times are different and that we can never totally be safe, but we have placed extra security measures in place to help relieve some worries for our families like: fully lighted on-site parking, electronic security coded doorways to sections of our funeral home and local law enforcement can be arranged to be present when requested. |

| Yes and No, Our caskets that we display in our selection room and that majority of our families select are all made here in the United States. The woods are made by Old Order Amish and the majority of our metals are made in Tennessee and Alabama. However, we are a representative for all the major brands such as Batesville and Matthews and some of them are manufactured in Mexico. |

| No, we offer any of these items to anyone that is in of need them at anytime. Being, we have two warehouses that supply caskets, vaults and keepsakes to other funeral homes as well other families that are looking to save money from the higher priced funeral homes or retail stores. |

| Yes, We do this quite often. Whether, its from the previous funeral home changing, is no longer in business or because of other reasons. Any pre-paid funeral arrangements can be changed or transferred from any funeral home you choose at anytime. We even honor any pre-paid contract from another funeral home at no extra expense to you or your family and quite often families get a refund back due to having over spent on charges from another funeral home. |

| Yes, Actually we do this quite often as more people these days move away. Whether, it's due to family, military service, retiring and moving away, health related or just happen to be out of town on business or vacation. |

| No, there are no membership fees like those referenced places and you don't have to be a member of any group or organization to use Berry Funeral Home & Crematory to save and get our signature services that we offer everyone and have become known for. |

| Does Berry Funeral Home & Crematory have a determined service or call area? |
| No, we will go to where our service is called upon or requested in order to help a family or friend in a time of need. However, depending on distance extra charges could occur. Our prices are for a 50 mile radius from the funeral home on average and depending on the distance a small additional charge could occur due to this extra distance. It's always best to ask us regarding the distance. |

| No, we do not own a cemetery or sell cemetery spaces or lots at this time. We can arrange for you to buy them from any cemetery you would like or prefer. |
