Allen Gordon Human

Mr. Allen Gordon “Buga” Human, 53, of Lavonia, passed away on Tuesday, July 16th, 2019, at his residence.

Allen was born in Royston on August 28th, 1965, the son of Wiley Edward “Pete" Human of Carnesville and Matilda Ann Evans “Tillie” Ptak of Royston. He was employed by the City of Royston in the Recycling Department.

Allen, a true-blue son of the South, had a lifelong passion for NASCAR racing and a love for Georgia Bulldog Football that ran deep. “Buga” was a devoted, diehard Dawg who was faithful to his team, win or lose. He would do anything he could to help anyone in need and even go out of his way to help a stranger. He loved children and would spend his time fishing and playing catch with his niece and nephews. “Buga” was a kind and generous soul who did the best he could to live a good life.

In addition to his parents, Allen Human is survived by his stepfather, Phil Bryant; his beloved nieces: Misty Dawn Sanders (Brad), and Krystal Human; and his precious great-niece and nephews: Alexys Human, Preston Human, and Michael Human.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Edward Eugene “Gene” Human.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, August 3rd, at 1:00 P.M. at Franklin Springs City Hall.
