Mrs. Patricia ‘Ann’ Bonds Raines, 68, of Elberton, wife of the late Roger Wayne Raines, entered into rest on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at her residence surrounded by her family.

Ann was born in Calhoun Falls on July 30, 1950, daughter of the late Waymon Bonds and Leacy Bell Davis Segars. She was a Warehouse Manger having worked at Salvation Army in Elberton for 16 years.

She is survived by her devoted daughter and caretaker, Lisa Bialas and her husband Seth of Elberton; grandchildren who lovingly referred to her as “Nanny”: Braxton Bialas, Baylie Bialas, and Brylie Bialas, all of Elberton; siblings: Wayne Bonds, Allen Bonds, Earl Bonds, Willie Bob-Joel Segars, Buck Segars and his wife Angela, Lona Summers, and Gail Medina, all of Elberton; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Sheree Annette Raines.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, March 23, at 2 o’clock at the residence, 2302 Harmony Road in Elberton. Mrs. Angela Segars will officiate.
