Annie Florrie Sims Morris, 94, of 139 Alps Road, Athens, Georgia widow of the late George William Morris passed away Saturday, December 22, 2012 at Heritage Healthcare of Athens. Born in Watkinsville, Georgia November 13, 1918 to the late Ed Sims and Revie Sims. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness and a retired cook. Left to cherish her memories include her sons Clarence Morris and Luke Morris both of Athens. Georgia; sisters Sue Wheat of Dublin, Georgia and Margaret Jones of Atlanta, Georgia; eleven grandchildren and several great and great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by son Edward C. Sims, daughter Rita Ann Morris Killian, brothers Edward Sims, A.B. Sims, G. Sims and Fred Sims, sisters Rose Sims and Grace Grimes. Memorial services to celebrate her life will be held 1PM, Saturday, January 5, 2013 at the Kingdom Hall in Athens, Georgia with Jeff Wilkerson officiating.
