Arthur Reginald Williams

Arthur Reginald Williams, 62, of 135 Monty Drive, Athens, Georgia husband of 36 years to Carrie Louvenia Gibson Williams, passed away Sunday morning, May 27, 2012, at his residence. Mr. Williams was born in Kingston, Jamaica, July 3, 1949, to the late Arnold Reginald Williams and Hyacinth May Donaldson Williams. He was one of Jehovah's Witnesses and a member of the Athens North congregation. Arthur, along with his wife, Carrie, was a full-time Jehovah Witness minister. Mr. Williams was a school bus driver for Clarke County. In addition to his wife of the home, he leaves to cherish his memories his siblings, Judy Maxwell of Spring, Texas, Dean Williams of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Gordon Williams of Douglasville, Georgia, and Grace Williams of Kingston, Jamaica. The family has chosen cremation and the memorial service will be held at 1PM Saturday, June 9, at Clarke Central High School in Athens, Georgia with Mr. Tim Williams officiating.
