Bridgette Sims Williams

Bridgette Sims Williams, 49, of 119 Nursery Road, Hartwell, wife of Johnny R. Williams, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at her residence. Mrs. Williams was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, August 23, 1962, to Victoria Louise Grove Sims and the late Joe Cameron Sims. She was a manager in the restaurant industry, a member of Price Chapel Church of God, a member of the VFW Post 8076 Ladies Auxiliary in Hartwell, and a Shrinette. Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Johnny R. Williams; four children, Joseph Welch and Jonathan Welch, both of Hiram, Georgia, Jason Ray Williams and Jessica Williams, both of Hartwell; mother, Victoria Louise Grove Sims of Charlotte, North Carolina; 19 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild. Graveside funeral services celebrating her life will be held at 11:30AM Monday, February 20, in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park with the Rev. Johnny Stowe officiating. The Williams family is at the residence and will receive friends at Berry Funeral Home from 9-11AM Monday, just prior to the service.
