Dennis Carl Anderson

Mr. Dennis Carl Anderson, 80, of Royston Highway, Royston, GA passed away Thursday, June 18, 2020 at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Mr. Anderson was born May 28, 1940 in Chicago, IL to Martin Anderson and Marie Klopf Anderson. Dennis was a loving husband, father, papa, and friend to many. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, and coaching. He volunteered his time coaching the kids bowling league for more than 15 years. He was an Auto Body Repair Technician and Mechanic. He was capable of fixing anything and was always tinkering with something. He will be greatly missed by all.

He is survived by his wife: Jewell Dodson Anderson; sons: Dennis Anderson, Kenneth Youngken, Anthony Baumgartner; daughters: Pamela Anderson, Kristin Werner, Ruth Mallorey, Glenda Quintero; sister-in-law Joan Anderson; grandchildren: Christopher Youngken, Austin Baumgartner, Tyler Rutherford, Todd Mallorey, Kyle Baumgartner, Jamie Short, Melaina Storey and great-grandchildren: Dominick and Jewell Werner, Payton Baumgartner, Hailey Woodall and Tayben Woodall.

Memorial services to celebrate Mr. Anderson's life will be held at a later date.
