Emma Lee Heard Bone

Mrs. Emma Lee Heard Bone, 56, of Huntington Drive, Elberton, wife of 21 years to Thomas Bone, Jr., passed away on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at Elbert Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Bone was born in Elberton on October 30, 1964, daughter of the late Hodges Heard and Emma Sue Heard. She was of the Baptist faith and worked at Pilgrims Pride.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, include her daughter, Latasha Banks; step-sons: Omar Bone, Demetrius Bone, and Antone Allen; siblings: Hodges Lee Heard, Ira Heard, Steve Heard, Herman Heard, Edna Allen, and Nikki Heard; two grandchildren: Nakendra Banks and Zyekria Harper; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral servies celebrating her life will be held on Tuesday, June 8, at 2 o’clock in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home.
