Ernest Roy Ridgeway

Ernest Roy Ridgeway, 53, of Bowman, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2013, at his residence. Mr. Ridgeway was born in Elbert County, December 25, 1959, to Martha Dickerson Kidd and the late Ernest Jack Ridgeway. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a member of Bowman Baptist Church. Left to cherish his memories are children, Deanna Reynolds, Justin Ridgeway, and Sterling Ridgeway; mother and step-father, Martha and Tom Kidd of Dewy Rose; grandmother, Doris Ridgeway Whitworth of Elberton; siblings, Henry Ridgeway, Matthew Ridgeway, Lisa Robinson, and Mark Outz; and several other family members. Memorial services celebrating his life will be held Monday, April 22, at 4:00 p.m. in the Bowman Baptist Church. Berry Funeral Home & Crematory, Elberton, is respectfully in charge of arrangements for Ernest Roy Ridgeway.
