Ethel West Mcclintic

Mrs. Ethel West McClintic, age 90, of Dunwoody, died Thursday, September 20, 2012. She is survived by her daughter, Ellen Powell, Dunwoody; sister and brother-in-law, Martha West and Wilton Looney, Atlanta; grandchildren, Mary Ellen (Emmy) Powell, John Wesley Powell; and a great-grandchild, Layne Michael Walker. Mrs. McClintic was born in Elberton, GA on January 26, 1922, to the late Rev. James C. and Mary Smith West. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Lewis McClintic, sister and six brothers. Services will be held 11AM Saturday, September 22, 2012, at the Chapel of Dunwoody Baptist Church. Dr. Mack Hannah will officiate and the family will receive friends for 1 hour prior to the service.
