Evard Wilson

Evard Wilson, 95, of 94 Cade Street, Hartwell, GA widower of the late Melvia Wilson passed away Sunday September 18, 2011. Born in Hart County March 8, 1916 to the late James E. Wilson and Rachel Fincannon Wilson. He was a member of Mt. Hebron Baptist Church of Hartwell, he was a retired farmer and a U.S. Navy Veteran serving in WWII. He was twice married first to the late Quillie LeCroy Wilson. Left to cherish his memories are his son Jimmy Wilson of Hartwell, GA, two grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Memorial services to celebrate his life will be held Saturday September 24, 2011 at 1PM at Mt. Hebron Baptist Church in Hartwell, GA. with Rev. Donald Little officiating.
