She was born June 11, 1983 in Elberton, GA to Gary Anthony Gaines and Sonya Segars Fowler. Left to cherish her memories are her father Gary Anthony Gaines of Carlton, GA; mother Sonya Fowler of Canon, GA; daughter Summer Rose Gaines of Comer, GA; brother Brian Keith Kinley of Lavonia, GA and sister Elizabeth Woody of Athens, GA.
