Henry Herman Peppers

Mr. Henry ‘Herman’ Peppers, 87, of Colonel Dixon Road, Elberton, husband of the late Kathleen Scarborough Peppers, passed away on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at Nancy Hart Nursing Center.

Mr. Peppers was born in Elberton on June 4, 1934, son of the late Henry Lee Peppers and Jewel Corine Madden Peppers. He was a retired accountant, a member of Fortsonia Baptist Church, and a U.S. Navy Veteran.

Survivors include his sister, Edna Peppers Sorrells of Elberton and many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Funeral services celebrating his life will be held on Friday, October 29, at 2 o’clock in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with the Rev. Al Butler officiating. Interment will be on Sunday, October 31, at 1 o'clock in the Forstonia Community Cemetery.

The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends at Berry Funeral Home from 1:00-1:45p.m. just prior to the service.
