He was born August 8, 1944 in Royston, GA to Betty Lee Hall Sorrells. He was a self-employed housing contractor and a U.S. Navy Veteran.
He is survived by a sister Matilda "Tillie" Ptak of Royston, GA.
Mr. Hall was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
