James "Jim" Pittman Graves

Mr. James Pittman "Jim" Graves, 73, of Royston, passed away on Friday, May 13, 2016, at Elbert Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Graves was born in Bunkie, Louisiana on December 19, 1942, son of the late Benjamin Harrison Graves, Jr. and Grace Kathleen Pittman Graves Cleveland, and step-son of the late Wilbur Cleveland. He was of the Baptist faith and a retired textile employee.

Survivors include his children: Robert Graves of Florida, Kelly Gimotty of Cumming, and Jamie Graves of Sandy Cross; and siblings: Kathy Lee and her husband Lester of Elberton, Kay Light and her husband Sam of Lincolnton, and Benjamin H. Graves, III and his wife Lynn of Boone, NC.

A private family gathering will be held.
