James W. Fulfer

Mr. James W. Fulfer, 69, of Edwards St. Elberton, GA passed away Sunday, September 15, 2019 at Elbert Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Fulfer was born January 20, 1950 in Chicago, IL to James Fulfer and Miriam Fulfer. He was a retired salesman, an avid reader, bass player, golfer and loved billiards.

He is survived by a son William "Bill" Fulfer of Houston, TX, step-son Brandon Anderson of Dover, DE and special friends Crystal Bond and James and Santana Allen all of Elberton, GA.

Mr. Fulfer's wishes were to be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
