Jerry Louis Blackwell

Mr. Jerry Louis Blackwell, 53, of Deerhaven Drive, Bowman, husband of 12 years to Doris Natasha Hood Blackwell, passed away on Monday, December 16, 2019, at his residence.

Jerry was born in Hart County on September 24, 1966, son of the late John Junior Blackwell and Lady B. McIntosh Blackwell. He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and employed with Bubba Foods.

Survivors include his wife, Doris; children: Jerrious Blackwell and Miracle Ty'Nasia Blackwell; siblings: Robert Blackwell, Oscar Blackwell, George Blackwell, Lisa Blackwell, Linda Blackwell, and Gladys Burton; three grandsons; mother-in-law, Dorothy "Mama" Maxwell; sisters-in-law: Melissa Hood and Tawanda Hood; brother-in-law, Kevin Maxwell; and nephews: Calvin Blakely and X-zavier Maxwell.

At Jerry's request, no services will be held.
