Kathryn Claire Derocher Carter, 90, of North Street, Crawford, Georgia widow of the late Maynard A. Carter passed away Monday, November 25, 2013 at her home. Born January 18, 1923 in Randolf, Massachusetts to the late Edmund Derocher and Kathryn Maguire Derocher. Left to cherish her memories are her daughter Jane Kelly of Crawford, Georgia; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
