Kissell Suggs Stalcup

Mrs. Kissell Suggs Stalcup, 93, of Magnolia Estates, formerly of Harley Rucker Road, Elberton, wife of the late Harold Joseph Stalcup, passed away on Monday, October 12, 2020, at Elbert Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Stalcup was born in Gastonia, NC on January 25, 1927, daughter of the late T. Frank Suggs and Sadie Moyle Suggs. She was a graduate of the University of North Carolina and has worked as a physical education teacher and real estate agent. Kay was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her sons: Harold Stalcup of Virginia, Thom Suggs Stalcup of Hawaii, and James Moyle Stalcup of Elberton; sister, Alice Pollock of West Columbia, SC; four granddaughters: Elizabeth Brader, Kelly Stalcup, Rachel Savell, and Danielle Stalcup; and numerous nieces and nephews.
