Lee Roy Billings

Lee Roy Billings, 84, of Anderson, SC passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Rainey Hospice House in Anderson, SC. Born May 18, 1929 in Elberton, GA to the late A.O. Billings and Annie Mae Billings. He was a retired farmer and pipeline constructor. Left to cherish his memories are his brother R.V. Billings of Hartwell, GA; sister Lula Mae Charping of Anderson, SC and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services to celebrate his life will be held 2PM, Saturday, December 14, at Poplar Springs Baptist Church with Reverend Phillip Duncan officiating.
