Lee Rucker Hendry

Mrs. Nancy Lee Rucker Hendry, 64, of Ruckersville Road, Elberton, GA passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2015, at her residence. Mrs. Hendry was born on July 27, 1950, in Atlanta, GA to the late Elbert Marion Rucker, Sr. and Susan Bell Rucker. She was a retired school psychologist. Left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Shala Hendry Phillips of Lavonia, GA; son, James Hart Hendry, IV of Washington, GA; sister, Ginny Reed of Elberton, GA; and granddaughters: Taylor Phillips, Olivia Phillips, and Tinsley Hendry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Elbert Marion Rucker, Jr. and sister, Cynthia Jane Rucker. Private graveside services will be held at Elmhurst Cemetery. Memorial services for family and friends will be held on Saturday, September 19, at 4:00p.m. at the Old Rock Gym in Elberton.
