Mark Anthony Carter, 23 of 2701 Rock Branch Road, Elberton, Georgia passed away Monday, October 14, 2013. Born August 17, 1990 in Elberton, Georgia to Preston Prescott Pickel and Rebecca Carter. Left to cherish his memories are his parents Preston Prescott Pickel and Rebecca Carter, siblings Matthew Lee Pickel, John Luke Pickel, Tabitha Marie Pickel, Cody Michael Cox and Elizabeth Ann Vaughn; grandparents Polly McJunkins, Paul Carter, Eunice and Don Plemmons.
