Mary George Bond

Mary George Bond, 82 of 825 Cardinal Drive Elberton passed away Monday, May 13, 2013 at Elbert Memorial Hospital. Born September 14, 1930 in Elberton, Georgia to the late Clifford Bond, Sr. and Margaret Cleveland Bond. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Elberton, a member of Beta Sigma Pi and was a retired administrative assistant from Southeastern Power Administration. Left to cherish her memories are her brother and sister-in-law Clifford Bond, Jr. and Betty Bond of Elberton, Georgia; nephews Clifford Bond, III of Oriental, North Carolina and George Bond of Crawford, Georgia. Funeral services to celebrate her life will be held 11AM, Wednesday May 15 in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Reverend Wayne Smith officiating. Inurnment will be in Elmhurst Cemetery. The Bond family will receive friends from 7-9PM Tuesday night May 14 at her home 825 Cardinal Drive Elberton, Georgia.
