Mary Helen Baade

Mrs. Mary Helen Corcoran Baade, 82, of Chickasaw Drive, Westminster, SC, wife of 57 years to Edward Jerome Baade, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, at Lila Doyle Nursing Center in Seneca.

Mrs. Baade was born in New York on November 21, 1936, daughter of the late Robert and Helen McAfee Corcoran. She was a homemaker and, as long as her health permitted, was an active member of Oakway Wesleyan Church and the Red Hats.

She is survived by her husband, Edward; children: Pamela (Christopher) Ownbey of Pennsylvania, Steven Baade of North Carolina, and Matthew Baade of New York; siblings: Barbara Jane Gallagher of New York, Betty Ann Como of Florida, and Susan Collado of Florida; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings: Patricia Winters and Robert Corcoran.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
