Matthew Joseph House

Mr. Matthew Joseph House, age 16, of Calhoun Falls Highway, Elberton, passed away tragically at his home on Monday, March 7, 2016, from injuries sustained during an automobile accident. Matt was born on March 26, 1999, in Melbourne, FL to James Ronald House and Mary Jo Oakler House. He was a Junior at Elbert County Comprehensive High School and enjoyed art and computers. Left to cherish his memories are his parents, James Ronald House and Mary Jo Oakler House; bother, James Ronald "JJ" House, Jr. of Elberton; and sisters: Ashley Marie Adams of Colorado Springs, CO, Jordan Leigh Cargill of Chico, CA, Kaitlyn Elizabeth House of Elberton, and Alexandra Suzanne House of Elberton, GA; and grandparents Linda Black Coffell of Rockledge, FL and Rita Sharelle House of Merritt Island, FL. The House family will receive friends from 1-7PM Saturday March 12 at Berry Funeral Home with cremation following after. Inurnment will be in Buchanan City Cemetery. The House family is at the residence on Calhoun Falls Highway in Elberton. Berry Funeral Home & Crematory of Elberton is in charge of arrangements for Mr. Matthew Joseph House.
