Misty Dawn Fleming Waggoner, 35, of 91 Mill Road, Royston, Georgia wife of Carlton "Chuck" Waggoner passed away Tuesday May 1, 2012. Born in Milton, Florida December 21, 1976 to Paul Byrd and Cynthia Ann Fleming Chapman. Left to cherish her memories are her husband Charlton "Chuck" Waggoner; daughters Alexis Riggleman, Cameo Waggoner and Jordan Waggoner; her parents Paul Byrd and Cynthia Ann Fleming Chapman and a brother Allen Goodman.
