Penni Barr Casper

Mrs. Penni Barr Casper, 60, of Lester Rd., Elberton, GA passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018 at her home.

Mrs. Casper was born January 21, 1958 in Atlanta, GA to Sterling Barr and Ann Estes Barr.

She is survived by a son: Michael Barron of Elberton, GA; daughters: Michele Scarborough of Elberton, GA, Rene Dickerson of Hartwell, GA; brothers: Buddy Barr, Mike Barr; sisters: Nancy Smith, Marilyn Davis, Sandy Simmons; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers: Willie Darrow and Bo Barr.

Memorial services celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, June 30, at 2 o'clock at Bowman Baptist Church with the Rev. Mike Petty officiating.
