Rachel Maxwell Jones

Rachel Maxwell Jones, 76, of 3008 Catamaran Cove, Villa Rica, GA. died Friday, April 3, 2009 at Cobb Wellstar Community Hospice. Born April 2, 1933,, she was a native of Elbert County and was one of 12 children born to the late Hoyt & Lou Maxwell. Survivors include her children; Frank I. Jones of Douglasville and Connie Jones of St. Simons Island; sisters & brothers, Chandler and Louis Maxwell both of Dewy Rose, Bill Maxwell of Tucker and Stuart Maxwell of Snellville, Betty Vines of Marietta, Wynona Ginn of Lavonia and Hortense Justice of Lawrenceville; three cgandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 4 PM Monday (April 6) at the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends at Berry Funeral Home from 3-4 Monday before the service. In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to a charity of one's choice.
