Mrs. Rhonda Angela Herring Brewer Phillips, 59, of Nenoc Lane Hartwell, GA wife of Jeff Phillips passed away Monday, July 20, 2020 at Anmed Health in Anderson, SC.

Mrs. Phillips was born April 1, 1961 in Atlanta, GA to Charles Herring and Rose Busby Beck. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband: Jeff Phillips; sons and daughter-in-law: Stuart and Amy Bennett of Royston, GA, Jeromy Holmes of Lavonia, GA, daughter: Tiffany Goodson of Lavonia, GA; father: Charles Herring of Hartwell, GA; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Memorial services to celebrate her life will be held 11AM, Friday July 24, 2020 at Bowman Church of God in Bowman, GA with Rev. Stacy Lynch officating.
