Ricky Joe Jones

Mr. Ricky Joe Jones, 62, of Cummings Dr., Elberton, GA passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Mr. Jones was born July 17, 1955 in Athens, GA to Joe H. Jones and Barbara Amos Norton. He was retired from the construction industry.

Survivors include children: Joseph David Evans, Rachel Leigh Evans, Shane and Ricky Joe; mother: Barbara Amos Norton; sisters: Helen Hewell and Sue Barrett and numerous grandchildren.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a brother: Micheal Casey Jones.
Mr. Jones was cremated and a private memorial service will be held later.
