Ronnie David Smith

Mr. Ronnie David Smith, 55, of Thomson, passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2019, at his residence in Thomson, GA.

Mr. Smith was born in Elbert County on January 10, 1964, son of the late Albert Walter Smith and Julia Olive Scoggins Smith. He was an Administrator of Environmental Services for several years and then transitioned to Management of Holiday Retirement for independent senior living. He was a devoted Jehovah’s Witness and his ministry was his First Love!

Survivors include his wife, Jackie; children: Chelsea and Cody; siblings: Sue Scarborough, Lynn Raybon, and Timothy Smith; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings: Jimmy Smith, Elbert Smith, and Sandra Cheryl Smith.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, February 24, 2019, at 2 o’clock at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1162 Harrison Road SE, Thomson, GA 30824.
