Roy Lee Drake, Sr.

Mr. Roy Lee Drake, Sr., 66, of Spratlin Mill Rd. Hull, GA passed away Wednesday February 21, 2018 at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Drake was born in Madison County, GA on December 23, 1951 to Luther Patten Drake and Edna Toole Drake. He was a retired dump truck operator.

Mr. Drake is survived by sons: Roy Lee Drake, Jr. (Pamela Moore) of Ila, GA, Chad Elliott Drake (Susan Collins) of Ila, GA, Joshua Lee Drake (Jessica Leggett) of Hull, GA; daughter: Candi Lynn Lane (Kenneth Lane) of Hull, GA; father: Luther Patten Drake; siblings: Alice Marie Sorrells of Ila, GA, Virginia Scarborough of Colbert, GA, Debbie LeSuer of Hull, GA, David Drake Sr., of Winder, GA; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by a son: Chris Ardell Drake.

Mr. Drake was cremated and a private memorial service will be held.
