Samantha Nicole "Woodie" Allen

Samantha Nicole “Woodie” Allen, 33, of Elberton, was born on April 26, 1989, on October 7, 2022. She was called home to her eternal rest where she reunited with many of her love ones gone on before her: her mother Teresa L. Teasley. 


Samantha gave her life to Christ at an early age. Samantha was a loving and caring person. She had a personality that would light up a room. Samantha worked as a CNA for several years. 


She leaves here on earth to cherish her memories her two children: Breonna Huff and Joshua Allen; three siblings: Chastie Benard, Stephine (Tyson) Cade and Chiquita (Omar) Bone; father: Donnie Teasley; grandmother: Thelma Roebuck; three favorite aunts: Carolyn Hill, Stacy (David) Rayton, Lainda (Robert) Heard; uncles: Stan Robinson, Willie Allen, Stanley Allen; a special friend: Darrel Hood and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.


Memorial services celebrating her life will be held on Sunday, October 16, at 1 o’clock in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with the Rev. Justin McCalla officiating. The family is at the residence of Thelma Roebuck, 808 McNair Avenue, Elberton.
