Sandra Jo Rucker Bolton

Mrs. Sandra Jo Rucker Bolton, 70, of Elberton, wife of the late Zorias Randall Bolton, Jr., went to be with her Lord on Friday, November 13, 2020, at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Sandra was born in Elberton on June 25, 1950, daughter of the late Louvilla Rucker and Ruby Jo Oliver Rucker. She worked at Bluebell Sewing Plant in Comer and had been a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and New Hope Kingdom Worship Center.

Survivors include her children: Anita Rucker and Tyrone Rucker; step-children: Eulalia Fortson and Valerie Bolton; grandchildren: Quindra and Dexter Glover and Kiona Rucker; great-grandchildren: Autumn and Skylah Davis; sisters: Martha Tate and Betty White; special nieces: Kelly Rucker, Tina Rucker, Apostle Kim and Jermaine Rucker, Jessica and Jonathan Pickren, and Sandra Turman; several step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The Funeral Services to Honor and Celebrate the Life and Ministry of Sandra Bolton will be held on Saturday, November 21, at 2 o’clock at Elberton’s Historic Rock Gym, 45 Forest Avenue, Elberton, GA. She will lie in state for one hour prior to the service.
