Sara Crystal Bailey Edwards

Sara Crystal Bailey Edwards, 96, of 3154 Calhoun Falls Highway, Elberton, widow of the late John Wilson Edwards Jr., died Tuesday April 6, 2010 at Heardmont Nursing Home. Born in Hart County, she was a daughter of the late James Alvin Bailey and Bessie McDonald BAiley. She was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church, a house wife, and formerly of Magnolia Estates. Survivors include a son John W. Edwards III., of Elberton GA., 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday April 9, 2010, at 1 PM at the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Rev. Lacey Bowcock officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family is at the home 3154 Calhoun Falls Highway, and will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Thursday night at Berry Funeral Home. Pallbearers: James Lee Bailey, Chad Bailey, Lewis Bailey, Clint Dye, Clay Dye, Garret Ruff. Berry Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral arrangements for Mrs. Sara Crystal Bailey Edwards.
