Shirley Rae Bishop

Mrs. Shirley Rae Hammonds Bishop, 77, of West Tate St. Elberton, GA wife of the late Charles Bishop passed away Friday, February 19, 2021 at Elbert Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Bishop was born January 1, 1944 in Elberton, GA to Onnie Dwight Hammonds and Floradene Pitts Hammonds. She was of the Baptist faith and was a tax preparer for H&R Block.

She is survived a son: Jeffrey Scott Palmer, Sr., grandson: Jeffrey Scott Palmer, Jr., and aunt: Estelle Parham.

Private interment will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park beside her late husband.

Due to Covid-19 a memorial services will be held at a later date.
