Stephanie Hudson Wilbon

Mrs. Stephanie Darlene Hudson Wilbon, 56, of S. Webb Street, Hartwell, wife of Willie "Stony" Wilbon, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Mrs. Wilbon was born in Royston, GA on February 24, 1967 to Zelma R. Hudson and the late Richard Hudson. 

Stephanie is survived by her devoted husband of 40 years, Willie C. Wilbon of Hartwell, GA, her mother Zelma R. Hudson, her four children: Sheri Wilbon of Royston, GA, Sherika and Marcus Boyd of Royston, GA, Wilontae Wilbon of Hartwell, GA, Shernasia Wilbon of Hartwell, GA, brother: Anthony and Sara Hudson; eleven grandchildren and a host of aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Stephanie graduated from Hart County High School in 1985. Stephanie was employed by Hartwell Company in Hartwell, GA, Springs Industrial in Hartwell, GA and Mary's Kitchen in Hartwell, GA. Her last days she was a homemaker, where she enjoyed being with her family that brought her greatest joy.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00p.m. on Friday, April 28, at the Rucker's Grove Baptist Church with interment following in the church cemetery. Stephanie will be placed in the church at 1:00p.m. on Friday afternoon.

Public visitation will be held from 9:00a.m. until 5:00p.m. on Thursday, April 27, at Berry Funeral Home.
