Vernon Lee Dubose, Sr.

Mr. Vernon Lee Dubose, Sr., 55, of Old Middleton Road, Elberton, passed away on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at Elbert Memorial Hospital.

Vernon was born in Elberton on June 28, 1965, son of Richard Clark Dubose and Helen Morrison Dubose. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Navy.

Survivors, in addition to his parents of Elberton, include his six children: Colandra Dubose of Dewy Rose, Cherando Dubose of Macon, Vernon Dubose, Jr. of Athens, Melisa Bell of Albany, Trey Huff of Elberton, and Kylice Huff of Elberton; siblings: Daryl Dubose of Elberton, Dallas Dubose of Elberton, Lisa Gray of Elberton, and Teresa Dubose of Athens; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Funeral services celebrating his life will be held on Saturday, April 24, at 11 o’clock in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home.
