Vince James Oneal

Mr. Vince James Oneal, 23, of Carlton St. Royston, GA passed away Saturday, September 28, 2019.

Vince was born November 1, 1995 in Toccoa, GA to James Oneal, Jr. and Tammy Thurman McDowell. He was a Masonic Mason and worked at Royston LLC.

He is survived by his parents: Tammy and Russell McDowell of Bowman, GA and James and Pam Oneal of Fort Walton Beach, FL; siblings: Calleen Oneal and Bradley of TN, Leslie Oneal of Demorest, GA, Kevin McDowell and Heather of KS, Scott McDowell of VA, Hope McDowell and Chris of VA, Angelica Reddick and Tim of NC and Mathew Durbin of MD.

Memorial services to celebrate Vince's life will be held 11AM, Saturday, October 5, 2019 at the home of Tammy and Russell McDowell.
