Mr. Werner "Kirk" C. Vernon, Jr., 67, of Tex Smith Dr. Elberton passed away Monday, January 18, 2016 at Elbert Memorial Hospital. Mr. Vernon was born September 21, 1948 in South Bend, IN. to the late Werner C. Vernon, Sr. and Helen Murrmann Werner. He is survived by two sisters Christine McRae of Elberton, GA and Maxine Smith of Ft. Myers, FL. Mr. Vernon was cremated and no services are planned at this time. Berry Funeral Home & Crematory, Elberton is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Werner "Kirk" C. Vernon, Jr.
