Alvah Faye Buck

Mrs. Alvah Faye Barden Buck, 68, of Deadwyler Dr. Elberton, GA passed away Friday, August 17, 2018.

Mrs. Buck was born November 4, 1949 in Royston, GA to William "Bud" Barden and Edith Whisant Barden. She was a member of Elberton Pentecostal Holiness Church and was a retired machine operator in the textile industry.

She is survived by a son: Bobby Richardson of Elberton, GA; daughter and son-in-law: Eden and Paul Acker of Elberton, GA; brother: Aubrey Barden of Elberton, GA; sisters: Sherry Mattox of Royston, GA, Susan Perkel of Alaska; and two grandchildren: Alex Acker and Lyndsie Acker.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Donald Eugene Buck and brothers Richard Barden and Patrick Barden.

Mrs. Buck wishes were to be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
