MR. Arthur Sheffield Hopper, 86, of Cresent Dr. Toccoa, GA passed away Friday, October 18, 2019.
Mr. Hopper was born December 8, 1932 in Jacksonville, FL to Albert Sheffield Hopper and Denise Gouin Hopper. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and retired City Clerk of Jacksonville.
He is survived by a sister: Theodora Hopper Almeida of Toccoa, GA.
Mr. Hopper was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
