Mrs. Betty Baughcum Frisbey, 75, of Lake Forest, Elberton passed away Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Athens Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Frisbey was born November 6, 1938 to the late Charlie Baughcum and Bessie Brumalow Baughcum. Left to cherish her memories are her children Stevenston Walker of Ellenwood, GA; Susan Walker and Johnny Walker both of Elberton, GA.
