Betty Sue Gunter Hall

Mrs. Betty ‘Sue’ Gunter Hall, 77, of Elberton, GA, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson, SC, after suffering a sudden brain aneurysm three days prior. In true Sue fashion, even in death, she was able to help her fellow man through the gift of organ, eye, and tissue donation.

In keeping with Sue’s request, there will be no formal service. A private celebration of her life will be held with family and close friends at a late date.

If desired, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the American Heart Association, Post Office Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692. When you remember Sue, share a smile and a hug just as she so often did, or do a good deed in her honor.
