Bradford Lawrence Taylor

Mr. Bradford Lawrence Taylor, 69, of Elberton, passed away Monday, October 3, 2022 at his home.

Born on July 14, 1953 in San Antonio TX, he was the son of the late William Myers Taylor and Ruth Ellen Larson Taylor. Mr. Taylor was a self-employed carpenter. He also was a member of the Bio Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon and on the building committee. Mr. Taylor was a US Navy veteran.

Survivors include his wife: Elizabeth Bowers Taylor; two daughters: Caitlin Maxwell (Josh) of Elberton, Makayla Taylor of Elberton; one step-daughter: Christy Anthony of Elberton, one step-son: Brandon Bowers of Davisboro GA; one brother: Mycal Taylor of Elberton; and one grandchild: Logan Anthony. Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Other times the family will be at the home of Caitlin and Josh Maxwell, 1041 Elm Street, Elberton GA 30635.

Funeral services for Mr. Brad Taylor will be held Sunday, October 9, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home with Rev. Troy Ayers officiating. Burial will be in the Bio Baptist Church Cemetery.

Flowers optional, memorials may be made to the Bio Baptist Church, 2145 Bio Church Road, Hartwell GA 30643.
