Brenda Christine "Chris" Westbrooks Franklin

Mrs. Brenda Christine "Chris" Westbrooks Franklin, 70, of Chris Franklin Drive, Elberton, wife of the late William Harley Franklin, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2024, at her residence. 

Mrs. Franklin was born on November 16, 1953, daughter of the late Leroy and Angela Romine Westbrooks. She served her country in the United States Army and worked as a cosmetologist. 

Surviving are two brothers: Rodney Westbrooks of Rome and Jackie Westbrooks of Winder.
