Calvin Marlow Scoggins

Mr. Calvin Marlow Scoggins, 78, of Bowman husband of Betty Dickerson Scoggins, passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2020, at his home.

Marlow was born in Elberton on May 23, 1942, son of the late Calvin Curlyss Scoggins and Irene Mann Scoggins. He was a retired trucker and a member of Faith Baptist Church.

Survivors, in addition to his wife Betty, include his sons and daughters-in-law: Calvin Michael and Tina Scoggins and Timothy Chad and Shelia Scoggins of Dewy Rose; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Scoggins of Bowman; brother, Billy Ray and Sherry Scoggins of Dewy Rose; eleven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, John Terry Scoggins.
