Mrs. Cecilia Elaine Simmons McDonald, of Bowman, GA passed away Friday, May 23, 2014 at Athens Regional Medical Center. Mrs. McDonald was born July 8, 1951 in Athens, GA to the late Barbara Ann Simmons. Left to cherish her memories are her children David Michael Chandler of Lexington, GA; Tonya Ann Grooms of Mason, IL; Debbie Grooms of Danielsville, GA; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
