Mr. Charles Andrew Parr, 35, of G.R. Hayes Dr. Elberton, GA passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Oconee Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Parr was born March 16, 1982 in Athens, GA to Ricky Archer and Tammy Parr Benton.

He is survived by a son: Jayden Parr of Jefferson, GA; Brianna Parr of Jefferson, GA; mother: Tammy Parr Benton of Elberton, GA; sister: Amanda Fowler of Elberton, GA; and brothers: Matthew Porterfield of Royston, GA and Will Whaley of Daneilsville, GA.

Mr. Parr was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
