Charles F. Conger

Charles Fredrick Conger, 86, of Brown Memorial Convalescent Center, Royston, Georgia, passed away Tuesday evening, July 31, 2012, at the Ty Cobb Regional Medical Center in Lavonia, Georgia. Mr. Conger was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia on May 29, 1926, and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
